Biography

I was born in Birmingham on the 16th of January 1985.
From a young age my parents introduced me to gymnastics which I practiced and competed in from the age of 5 to 11.
Soon after I found my love for Wakeboarding when I was on holiday in Spain.
From the first time i tried it I was hooked. I travelled the globe competing and along the way winning myself titles such as British National Champion, European Champion and placing 4th in the World Cable Wakeboard Championships.
Following this I decided I wanted a new challenge. I transitioned into music as I was playing drums in my spare time when I wasn't Wakeboarding.
Up until the age of 28 I toured with three different bands until i decided I wasn't enjoying the lifestyle.... mentally and physically I wasn't satisfied.
That was when I decided to step into the world of fitness and once again, i became hooked.
I worked hard on myself and reached a stage when I wanted to become a Personal Trainer.
Since then i have dedicated myself to my own personal fitness.
I now want to inspire others .
If, along the way, i can pass on knowledge, motivation or help people, then that is my ultimate ambition.
